Awards winning competition style sauces
The Original sauce was made from a basic recipe John’s mother, Dena, gave him in 1998. Since then he has changed it and adapted it to work with all proteins of Q! Pork, chicken and sausage shine when applied! In 2016, John’s sauce took 3rd at the “Jack Daniel’s World Championship BBQ” in Lynchburg, TN, out of 96 teams!
Don’t think this will blow your head off, because it won’t! John learned by watching his grandmother make pepper jelly, and with using her process, he has incorporated her technique and his skill to form a delicious sauce which took 15th at the “Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational BBQ” event in Lynchburg, TN in 2017!
